Earlier this week, journalist, political activist, and documentary filmmaker Lauren Southern
During the meeting, Southern showed a collection of European officials and journalists a video of an interview she carried out with a group of Moroccan human traffickers, along with an interview of a CEO of a non-governmental organization (NGO) whose main task is to transport North African and Middle Eastern migrants to the European continent by boat. The CEO of this NGO has since been imprisoned for colluding with illegal human traffickers
The interviews shown at EU Parliament on Thursday were taken from Southern’s most recent documentary film project Borderless. The film investigates issues related to the ongoing mass migration of mostly military aged men from North Africa, who must cross the Mediterranean Sea to reach the land of milk and honey – Europe.
During her address, Southern stated, “The European Union has been the ivory tower from which delusional policies have been forced on the European people. Borderless is a documentary which uncovers the impact of such policies, and the culpability of those who create them.”
Southern added, “From the unnecessary drowning of refugees to the regret of migrants mis-sold a European dream, and the exponential rise in sexual assault, homicide, and terrorism; it is time to lay these crimes at the doorstep of their collapsing kingdom.”
The organizer and host of the event, British MEP Janice Atkinson, described Southern’s new documentary as, “an all-important and timely reminder that we’re not in control of our borders, who comes here and that taxpayer-funded NGOs are really human traffickers aided by the liberal left.”
Last year, Lauren Southern prompted outrage after she revealed that Advocates Abroad, a pro-migrant NGO in Europe, had been teaching migrants how to lie during their interviews with immigration officials in order to help them have a better chance at being accepted as ‘asylum seekers’.
In an interview conducted by an undercover journalist, the NGO’s CEO Ariel Ricker stated, “We teach them… how to keep their private trauma private because all this acting is a shield. I tell them this is acting, all of this is acting, it’s all acting as though this is theatre.”
During the interview, Ricker went on to say, “So for them to get through they must act their part in the theatre, and that is the refugee in trauma because these [The European Asylum Support Office] officers are so fucking stupid, all they know is written on the paper.”
Lauren Southern has been making waves since last year, when she as detained by UK Border Forces in Calais whilst trying to enter into the UK. She was refused entry under Schedule 8 of the Terrorism Act because of a political experiment she and others conducted in the city of Luton where they handed out leaflets which read, “Allah is Gay, Allah is Trans, Allah is Intersex.” British authorities contended that Southern’s presence inside of the UK was ‘against the public good’.
Southern’s new documentary Borderless is expected to be released soon.
